Abacus Holdings Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság completes acquisition of Micso Information Technology

Abacus Holdings Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, a group specialised in Information and Communication Technologies, through an Italian-controlled company, has completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of Micso Information Technology. Micso is active in the Information Technology market with a particular focus on telecommunications, operating as an Internet service provider and as an FWA operator at the national level. The transaction forms part of Abacus's ongoing investment strategy in the Italian market and represents a strategic step for the Group's expansion in the telecommunications sector. The operation is consistent with prior transactions, including the acquisition related to Air2bite, an internet operator in central Italy active in value‑added IT services. Abacus once again relied on the same law firm that assisted it in previous transactions, while the seller was supported by the same professionals who advised the shareholders of Air2bite, ensuring continuity in legal assistance.
