Baker McKenzie Advises Knowledge Atlas Technology on HKD 4.3 Billion Global Offering and Hong Kong Listing

"Baker McKenzie, in joint operation with FenXun, acted as Hong Kong and US legal adviser to the sole sponsor and the underwriters for Knowledge Atlas Technology’s global offering and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The IPO raised over HKD 4.3 billion (approx. USD 560 million) and valued the company at about HKD 51 billion (USD 6.55 billion)."

Baker McKenzie, operating in joint arrangement with FenXun, acted as Hong Kong and US legal adviser to the sole sponsor and the underwriters in connection with the global offering and Main Board listing of Knowledge Atlas Technology Joint Stock Company Limited (Knowledge Atlas Technology). The offering raised over HKD 4.3 billion (approximately USD 560 million) based on an offer price of HKD 116.2 per share for 37,419,500 shares, delivering an initial public offering valuation of approximately HKD 51 billion (USD 6.55 billion) before taking into account the over-allotment option. The transaction, described by the issuer as the first global large model stock, is among the largest technology-sector IPOs in Hong Kong in recent years. Knowledge Atlas Technology’s H shares (stock code: 2513) commenced trading on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on the listing date. Proceeds from the offering will be applied to strengthen research and development capabilities, expand the company’s global market presence, deepen industry partnerships, enhance AI infrastructure, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
