Dentons Advises Reigate Grammar School International on Expansion into Turkey through Partnership with Ugur Okullari

Dentons advised Reigate Grammar School International on its partnership with Ugur Okullari to expand the Reigate Grammar School brand into Turkey. The transaction involved a licence agreement under which a new school will be opened and operated in Istanbul under the Reigate Grammar School name. Dentons advised RGSI in relation to the establishment and operation arrangements for the new institution in Turkey. Dentons represented Reigate Grammar School International and Ugur Okullari with a team composed by: Warsaw-based Partner Karolina Cotronei; Istanbul-based Partner Dogan Eymirlioglu; Counsel Sinem Mermer; and additional lawyers based in Abu Dhabi.
