CMS Advises Axpo Polska on Purchase of Polenergia Combined Heat and Power Plant in Nowa Sarzyna

CMS advised Axpo Polska in the acquisition of Polenergia Elektrocieplownia Nowa Sarzyna from Polenergia. The transaction involved the purchase of a combined heat and power (CHP) plant located in Nowa Sarzyna. The asset will strengthen Axpo Polska’s energy portfolio by providing a flexible generation source that supports renewable energy integration and enhances security of supply in the Polish market.
