A&O Shearman in Spain advised Abertis on its acquisition of a 49.99% stake in Túnels de Barcelona i Cadí. The transaction comprised Abertis acquiring a 49.99% interest in Túnels de Barcelona i Cadí, the company that controls the Vallvidrera and Cadí tunnels in Catalonia.
