Law firm Uría Menéndez advised Brookfield Renewable European Development Limited (through BGTF Proton Holdings Limited) on the acquisition of Finlight Holding from Kishoa. The transaction involved the acquisition by BGTF Proton Holdings Limited of the shares representing 100% of the share capital of Finlight Holding from the seller, Kishoa.
