Green Utility acquires 5 MW ready-to-build photovoltaic project from Chaberton Sunscape JV

BIP Law and Tax advised Green Utility, while Parola Associati and CBA Studio Legale e Tributario advised Chaberton Sunscape JV (the joint venture between Chaberton Energy and Sunscape) in the transaction. Green Utility has acquired from Chaberton Sunscape JV 100% of the shares of a special purpose vehicle owning a ready-to-build photovoltaic project of approximately 5 MW located in Tuscany. BIP Law and Tax represented Green Utility with a team composed by: Marco Muscettola (Equity Partner), Manager Bianka Vecaj, Senior Matteo Vagnoli and Senior Clara Frasca for transaction documents and the corporate and real estate aspects of the due diligence, and Senior Manager Nicoletta Bezzi for permitting (authorization) matters. Parola Associati represented Chaberton Sunscape JV with a team composed by: Partner Andrea Coluzzi and Senior Associate Federica Re for M&A aspects. CBA Studio Legale e Tributario represented Chaberton Sunscape JV with its Energy-Real Estate team for tax and real estate aspects, composed by: Francesco Assegnati, Pierluigi Alessio, Andrea Motta and Federica Uggeri.
