ADVANT Nctm advises DHH in accelerated bookbuild

ADVANT Nctm advised DHH, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, in the accelerated bookbuilding transaction, while ZNR Notai followed the notarial aspects relating to the capital increase; Intermonte SIM acted as Sole Bookrunner. The transaction involved the placement of approximately 355,000 shares, partly issued in a capital increase and partly sold by an existing shareholder, through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure addressed to Italian and foreign institutional investors. The offering generated a total consideration of over €8 million. The operation was carried out to support DHH’s growth and strategic development initiatives, including possible external expansion. ADVANT Nctm represented client DHH with a team composed by: partner Andrea Iovieno (coordinator) and senior associate Arianna Guercini. ZNR Notai represented client DHH with a team composed by: notaries Susanna Schneider and Federico Mottola Lucano, with the collaboration of lawyer Alessandro Franzini.
