The transaction: AI Next, an industrial AI Martech project promoted by RedFish Capital, completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Diemme Marketing with the reinvestment of entrepreneur Danilo Coppola. The deal was executed by AI Next’s investment team composed of CEO Antonello Carlucci, Michele Sibio and Kristian Lugarà. The operation was financed by Banco BPM and by RedFish Capital Debt.
