Riello Investimenti acquires 70% of Filtes International

Riello Investimenti sgr, through its fourth private equity fund Buy&Build Opportunities, has finalised agreements to acquire a 70% stake in Filtes International. Filtes International is an Italian company specialising in the production of high‑performance industrial yarns intended for the manufacture of safety devices. The investment is consistent with the fund’s strategy to reinforce manufacturing excellence with strong technological specialisation and a solid international presence. Riello Investimenti’s entry into Filtes aims to consolidate the company’s leadership in high value‑added segments and to accelerate growth through targeted investments, development of new product lines and the strengthening of international commercial activities.
