Advisors to Sale of Hotel Ibis Styles Roma Eur to Italian Institutional Investor

Deloitte Legal represented the Gruppo Amapa in the sale of the Hotel Ibis Styles Roma Eur to a leading Italian institutional investor. The Amapa hotel group sold the Hotel Ibis Styles Roma Eur to a primary Italian institutional investor. The transaction forms part of Amapa’s broader strategic plan for managerial growth and is in continuity with a prior disposal to the same investor of three hotels — Mercure Roma Leonardo da Vinci, Movie Movie Roma Cinecittà and Mercure Nerocubo Rovereto — which was completed in December 2023. The Hotel Ibis Styles Roma Eur was simultaneously re‑entrusted to Gruppo Amapa, which will continue to manage the property under a long‑term lease and to operate it under the Accor group brand.
