Clifford Chance advised on €630 million bond issue by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.

"Clifford Chance advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. on a €630 million capital bond issuance fully subscribed by BNP Paribas S.A. The bonds are intended to qualify as Tier II own funds, subject to prior approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Earlier this year Clifford Chance also advised the bank on a €160 million June 2025 Tier II issue."

Clifford Chance advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. in connection with a capital bond issuance that was fully subscribed by BNP Paribas S.A., with its registered office in Paris. The transaction comprised the issue of capital bonds with a total nominal value of €630 million. The bonds will be classified as Tier II instruments in the Bank's own funds, subject to obtaining the prior approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Clifford Chance previously advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. earlier this year on the June 2025 issue of Tier II bonds with a total nominal value of €160 million.
