MÖHRLE HAPP LUTHER represented Leo International Precision Health AG in a contribution-in-kind capital increase. The transaction involved the contribution of six international precision-health companies into the listed holding company Leo International Precision Health AG (LIPH). The contributed portfolio carried a total valuation of approximately EUR 108 million. The capital increase was implemented by utilising authorised capital and issuing 50,000 new shares, corresponding to a 10% increase in share capital. The contributed shareholdings originate from Taiwan, Singapore, the United States, Australia and Hong Kong. The transaction was entered in the commercial register in December 2025. MÖHRLE HAPP LUTHER acted as auditor for the contribution in kind. LIPH is a holding company building an integrated, AI‑powered health ecosystem in Europe, focusing on AI-driven precision health companies across medical technology, health technology, biotechnology and healthcare.
