Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Attentive.ai on its $30.5 million Series B fundraise, which was led by Insight Partners with participation from InfoEdge, Vertex and Tenacity Ventures. Attentive.ai group completed a Series B financing of approximately $30.5 million. The investment will support the group’s expansion of its AI-based SaaS platform, which provides cloud-based software for landscape and construction management. Attentive.ai offers an automated AI takeoff platform designed to help construction and field services professionals save time and improve bidding accuracy.
