The transaction involved the sale of Physio CKI by Kapital 1852 and founder and managing director Chaled Qarizada to Gilde Healthcare. Kapital 1852 is a fund platform initiated and advised by Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG, comprising a direct investment fund focused on private equity as well as funds of funds in venture capital, private debt and infrastructure.
