ARQIS represented client(s) Kapital 1852 and Chaled Qarizada in the transaction, providing legal advice in connection with the exit of the Physio CKI Group to Gilde Healthcare. The transaction involved the sale of Physio CKI by Kapital 1852 and founder and managing director Chaled Qarizada to Gilde Healthcare. As part of the deal, Chaled Qarizada remains a significant shareholder in the group and will continue to lead the business. Kapital 1852 had supported Physio CKI through its start‑up and growth phase; the partnership with Gilde Healthcare is presented as the next development step and is intended to be accelerated through a greenfield approach.
