Demant Sells EPOS Business to ACCO Brands

Bech-Bruun represented Demant in the divestment of its EPOS business to ACCO Brands. EPOS is a recognized developer of advanced headsets and speakerphones, operating through subsidiaries across numerous countries and employing several hundred dedicated staff. Under the transaction, EPOS will become part of ACCO Brands, a NYSE-listed US group and global leader in office solutions, thereby joining a strong international portfolio within professional communication equipment. The sale represents the final step in Demant's strategic refocus. By divesting EPOS, Demant has taken a decisive move to concentrate fully on its core mission of creating life-changing differences through hearing health.
