Bonnier News Local acquires Mitt i

The acquisition strengthens Bonnier News Local’s presence in Stockholm and Mitt i will be integrated into its operations; the deal is subject to customary closing conditions."

Roschier advised Bonnier News Local in its acquisition of the local newspaper Mitt i. Mitt i publishes a free newspaper in around 30 editions distributed to approximately one million households in the greater Stockholm region. The acquisition is of strategic importance for Bonnier News Local and will further strengthen its presence in Stockholm. Mitt i will be integrated into Bonnier News Local’s operations.
