Moncey Avocats Advises Olifan Group on Acquisition of ATM Patrimoine and Integration of Pierre Béchu’s Client Portfolio

Moncey Avocats represented Olifan Group in connection with the acquisition of ATM Patrimoine and the integration of the client portfolio of independent advisor Pierre Béchu. The transactions comprised two strategic operations. Olifan Group acquired ATM Patrimoine, reinforcing the Paris-Neuilly office while ensuring continuity of bespoke client service. Concurrently, Olifan integrated the client portfolio of Pierre Béchu, an independent advisor of more than twenty years based in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, consolidating the group's presence on the Côte d'Azur. The integration followed a six-month transition organised with the Nice Centre and Nice Arénas teams. Pierre Béchu will continue his association with the group as an ambassador. These operations form part of Olifan Group’s development strategy of consolidating its territorial network through targeted transactions with firms and advisers closely connected to corporate leaders and private client families. The deal marks a new stage in Olifan’s expansion, supported by investor Seven2, and illustrates the group’s ability to grow while preserving service continuity and client relationship quality.
