The Paris office of international business law firm Simmons & Simmons acted as legal counsel to Business at Work (BAW) in a pre‑pack sale procedure that concluded with a judicially approved sale plan. On 4 December 2025, the Tribunal des Activités Économiques (TAE) of Paris approved a plan for the sale of BAW, a recognised player in ERP integration, to Mantu Group, an international consulting group in management, technology and transformation. Implemented in just seven weeks, the pre‑pack sale was used to secure the continuity of operations and preserve employment. The rapid procedure enabled an anticipated transfer, preserved enterprise value, reassured major corporate and public sector clients, and secured the transfer of skills and contracts, with 89% of positions maintained.
