"Jeantet advised Smac on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Avenir Métal and SN Alt’O, two roofing renovation and maintenance specialists with combined revenues of about €15 million. The deal is part of Smac’s build-up strategy following investment by Compagnie financière Jousset and supports its target to reach €1 billion revenue by 2030."

Jeantet advised Smac in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Avenir Métal and SN Alt’O. The transaction involves the purchase of 100% of Avenir Métal and SN Alt’O, two companies specialised in roofing renovation and maintenance that together generate approximately €15 million of annual revenue. This external growth operation forms part of Smac’s build-up strategy since the entry of Compagnie financière Jousset into its capital and is intended to help the group reach €1 billion of revenue by 2030. Following a first acquisition completed in summer 2025, Smac now concludes two further transactions to strengthen its territorial footprint. Founded in 1997 and 1998 respectively and based in Isère, Avenir Métal and SN Alt’O primarily serve industrial clients and public institutions and have recognised expertise in managing works on occupied sites. The acquisitions consolidate Smac’s position in the Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes region and advance its development on the strategic renovation segment, notably energy renovation. Smac, chaired by Franck Davoine, reports €525 million of revenue and employs around 2,400 people across 67 sites in France and internationally, including operations in Spain, Morocco and Chile. Jeantet represented Smac with a team composed by: Maxime Brotz (corporate) and Pak-Hang Li (corporate).
