Norton Rose Fulbright Advises mBank on Financing Two Sunly Photovoltaic Projects in Poland

Norton Rose Fulbright advised mBank on the financing of two Sunly photovoltaic projects in Poland. The financing concerns the construction of two photovoltaic installations located in Borzecin and Brzegi with a combined installed capacity of 120 megawatts. The projects are sponsored by Sunly, an independent power producer active across Poland and the Baltic states that develops, owns and operates renewable energy assets combining power generation and energy storage. According to Norton Rose Fulbright, the financing supports the development of utility-scale renewable energy assets, contributes to Poland’s energy transition and expands Sunly’s operational portfolio in the Polish market.
