CMS Advises UniCredit Bank on Refinancing of BigBoard Praha

CMS advised UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia in connection with the refinancing of BigBoard Praha. The transaction consolidated all external indebtedness of the BigBoard Group, including existing bond debt, under a single facilities agreement. Founded in 1993, BigBoard Group is the largest operator of premium outdoor advertising in the Czech Republic, with an estimated market share of approximately 70%.
