Walless Advises K2 LT on EUR 4 Million Sale of Rekviem LT

Law firm Walless advised Lithuanian real estate developer K2 LT on the sale of its subsidiary Rekviem LT. The transaction, valued at EUR 4 million, comprised the disposal of a farewell home in Kaunas and the sale of 100% of the shares in Rekviem LT. According to Walless, proceeds from the transaction will be used to finance new development projects and to fund a share buyback, allowing interested shareholders to realise their investment while supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
