Schoenherr Advises ImWind on Environmental Permit for Grosshofen II Wind Farm

Schoenherr advised IWP Grosshofen, a project company of ImWind, on obtaining an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) permit for the Grosshofen II wind farm in Austria. The project is located in the Gaenserndorf district and comprises six new wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 42 megawatts. It represents a further step in the expansion of Austria’s renewable energy infrastructure. The EIA procedure has been completed successfully and the permit decision is now legally binding.
