Hillwood Poland Acquires Two Wroclaw Logistics Parks for EUR 70 Million with Advice from Addleshaw Goddard and Clifford Chance

Addleshaw Goddard advised Hillwood Poland on its acquisition of two logistics parks in Wroclaw, while Clifford Chance represented the sellers, Blackstone and Logicor. The transaction, valued at approximately EUR 70 million, comprises two fully leased assets that will operate as Hillwood Wroclaw City I and Hillwood Wroclaw City II. Together they add close to 100,000 square metres of logistics space to Hillwood Poland’s portfolio. The assets were sold by funds managed by Blackstone. Hillwood Poland is an investor and developer active in the logistics, warehouse, industrial and e-commerce real estate sectors.
