The transaction integrates the parties’ manufacturing facilities and product portfolios with the stated aim of improving operational efficiency and expanding market reach. As part of the transaction, real estate assets in Estonia were carved out prior to closing and remain under Alfasan’s ownership, while the joint venture continues to operate those facilities.
