Bondoc & Asociatii and Schoenherr Advise on ENGIE Romania Acquisition of 253.1 MW Ialomița Wind Farm

Bondoc & Asociatii advised ENGIE Romania on its purchase of a 253.1-megawatt onshore wind farm project in Ialomița County from Greenvolt Power, while Schoenherr advised Greenvolt Power, part of the Greenvolt Group. The transaction concerns a 253.1 MW onshore wind farm project located in Ialomița County, Romania. According to Schoenherr, the project is set to become one of the largest wind farms in Romania, featuring 42 high-efficiency turbines and having recently secured a Contract for Difference. Greenvolt Power will manage construction and intends a turnkey delivery of the project to ENGIE Romania, with commissioning planned for 2027.
