The deal involved Indigo Group’s acquisition of 44.39% of the capital stock of Administradora Geral de Estacionamentos, a block of shares previously held by Patria Infraestrutura III – Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia. Upon completion of the transaction, Indigo will hold 100% control of the company and consolidate its position as the sole shareholder.
