Freshfields Advises Salesforce on Acquisition of Qualified

"Freshfields advised Salesforce on its announced acquisition of Qualified, a provider of agentic AI marketing solutions. The deal, expected to close in Q1 of Salesforce’s FY2027 subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals, will integrate Qualified into the Salesforce ecosystem to enable autonomous marketing agents."

Global law firm Freshfields advised Salesforce on its announced acquisition of Qualified. The transaction involves Salesforce's purchase of Qualified, a leading provider of agentic AI marketing solutions. Bringing Qualified into the Salesforce ecosystem will enable customers to deploy fully featured marketing agents that autonomously generate pipeline, advancing Salesforce’s agent-first enterprise strategy. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and required regulatory approvals.
