TKL Advises Onza Entertainment on Sale to Culture Cap7 Fund I

TKL Abogados advised Onza Entertainment on its sale to the private equity fund Culture Cap7 Fund I. The transaction comprises the acquisition of Onza by Culture Cap7 Fund I and includes a capital increase designed to underpin the company’s future growth. Onza, a leading independent production and distribution company in the Spanish audiovisual sector, is known for prominent national titles such as the series El Ministerio del Tiempo and Parot. The capital injection will enable Onza to operate as a platform to integrate additional production companies that may be acquired in the future, with the stated objective of creating a large audiovisual hub in Spain.
