Advestra advised UBS, Zürcher Kantonalbank and Swiss Finance & Property in connection with their roles as joint bookrunners in EPIC Suisse’s accelerated placement of new shares. The transaction comprised an accelerated bookbuilding offering of 875,000 new EPIC Suisse shares. The offering price was CHF 80 per share, implying a total value of CHF 70 million.
