MLL Legal Advises Roger Truan on Sale to DIAM Group

MLL Legal advised Geneva-based manufacturer Roger Truan on the sale of the company to the DIAM Group. The transaction involved the acquisition by DIAM Group, a globally active player in the beauty and luxury sector, of Roger Truan, a Geneva-based specialist in the manufacture of high-end showcases for the watchmaking industry. The deal transferred ownership of Roger Truan to DIAM Group, integrating the specialist’s capabilities into DIAM’s international operations in the luxury display and presentation market.
