El Wakeel advised Dallah Al Baraka Group on its partnership with Palm Hills Developments. The transaction concerns the development of a 97-feddan integrated residential project in East Cairo. Under the terms of the agreement, Palm Hills Developments will undertake the development and marketing of the project and will hold rights to 67% of the project revenues in return for those services. Dallah Al Baraka Group will retain ownership of the land. El Wakeel represented Dallah Al Baraka Group with a team composed by: Omar Abdeen (led the transaction), Hussein Moharram (support), Nermeene Sami (support), under the supervision of Tamer El Wakeel, Managing Partner.
