Oliverio & Partners Advises Crosby Street Securities on €75 Million Club Deal

Oliverio & Partners represented Crosby Street Securities, a club deal promoted by UK industrial investors, acting as legal adviser to the investors in connection with a €75 million investment programme to be deployed in Italy. The transaction involves a club deal that will invest a total of €75 million in Italian companies operating in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) sector. The vehicle will target equity and investment opportunities in Italy within that industry. Oliverio & Partners negotiated the term sheet for the Club Deal and will continue to assist in subsequent phases of the transaction. The firm will handle the formation of the special purpose vehicle (SPV) and all necessary and consequent corporate and transactional acts. It will also support the Club Deal in its strategy for expansion in Italy and in the process of entering target companies, providing assistance on investment activities and the legal structuring of operations.
