Linklaters and Greenberg Traurig advise on €100 million financing for Industrie De Nora

"Linklaters advised Industrie De Nora on a new €100 million revolving credit facility and the early repayment of a residual senior loan. Greenberg Traurig represented the pool of arranging and lending banks and Crédit Agricole CIB as sustainability coordinator. The facility was provided by a banking syndicate including UniCredit, BNL, Crédit Agricole CIB/Italia, Intesa Sanpaolo and Mediobanca and includes an option to define ESG KPIs."

Linklaters and Greenberg Traurig advised respectively Industrie De Nora and the pool of arranging and lending banks, with Crédit Agricole CIB acting as sustainability coordinator, in a corporate financing transaction. The transaction: Industrie De Nora, an Italian multinational listed on Euronext Milan specialising in electrochemistry and a leader in sustainable technologies and the green hydrogen industry, agreed a new revolving credit facility and proceeded with the early repayment of the residual amount of a senior loan to meet corporate and working capital needs of the group. The overall operation amounts to €100 million and was organized and financed by a syndicate of banks including UniCredit (also acting as global coordinator and agent), Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Crédit Agricole Italia, Intesa Sanpaolo and Mediobanca. The financing includes the option to define certain ESG KPIs to be implemented in the coming months, to be defined with the support of the sustainability coordinator, Crédit Agricole CIB.
