Pavesio Studio Legale and BonelliErede in acquisition of the Sundek brand by the BasicNet Group

Pavesio Studio Legale and BonelliErede participated in the transaction: Pavesio Studio Legale advised the buyer BasicNet, while BonelliErede represented the seller Kickoff. Studio Sindico and Associate, Deloitte and SR Consulting also acted as advisors to the respective parties. The BasicNet Group, owner of brands including Kappa, Robe di Kappa, K-Way, Superga, Sebago, Briko and Woolrich, has acquired the Sundek brand, a longstanding beachwear icon, together with 100% of Kickoff, the current holder and manager of the brand, which is controlled by Winnie. The acquisition adds Sundek to BasicNet’s portfolio, complementing the group by covering the beachwear category, previously unrepresented within its brand lineup. Pavesio Studio Legale represented BasicNet with a team composed by: partners Carlo Peyron and Silvia d’Amario and associate Alberto Buffa (corporate and M&A); partner Andrea Cristaudi (banking).
