Terna Forward Leads Capital Increase in Hypermeteo with LCA and Adacta as Advisors

LCA Studio Legale advised Terna Forward, Adacta advised the founding shareholders of Hypermeteo, and Esiodo advised BF Educational (Gruppo BF) in the transaction. Terna Forward led a capital increase in Hypermeteo, investing as the lead investor alongside the company’s existing shareholder BF Educational (Gruppo BF). The operation supported Hypermeteo’s further development as an innovative Italian company active in the meteorology and climate data sector. Hypermeteo, founded in 2021 as a spin-off of Radarmeteo (a small-to-medium enterprise active since 2007 in professional meteorology), develops datasets, indicators and meteorological-climatic scenarios that can be integrated into corporate operational processes. By combining available observational data with deterministic models and artificial intelligence algorithms developed in-house, the company produces a high spatial-resolution grid of meteorological and climatic data across different time horizons.
