Lexant Advises Eurostampa on New 231 Organization, Management and Control Models

Lexant SBtA assisted the Eurostampa Group — Industria Grafica Eurostampa, Eurostampa Global Services and Eurostampa Holding — in the design and implementation of organizational compliance measures under Legislative Decree 231/2001. The engagement involved developing and deploying the Model of organization, management and control (Modelli 231) for the three companies. The project included the adoption of internal whistleblowing channels in line with applicable law and the appointment of the respective Supervisory Bodies. The initiative forms part of Eurostampa’s broader effort to reinforce governance and compliance structures as the company experiences significant growth abroad and seeks to support its competitive positioning in global markets.
