Contractual and Financial Close Achieved for Pyxiscollege DBFM Project in Lanaken with Lydian Advising Aurora Consortium

Lydian acted as legal advisor to the Aurora consortium, EPICofund, Rebel, Democo Group and Van Roey NV in connection with the contractual and financial close of the Pyxiscollege DBFM project in Lanaken. The transaction concerns a DBFM (Design-Build-Finance-Maintain) school building project for the new Pyxiscollege campus in Lanaken. Contractual and financial close have been achieved, enabling the project to move forward to construction and delivery phases focused on providing high-quality educational infrastructure. This milestone further strengthens Lydian’s role as legal advisor to the consortium across multiple DBFM school infrastructure projects and supports the development of sustainable, modern educational facilities.
