Ashurst Advises Xizang Zhihui Mining on $550 Million Hong Kong IPO

Ashurst acted as Hong Kong legal adviser to Xizang Zhihui Mining Co., Ltd. (SEHK: 2546) on its global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a transaction valued at approximately $550 million. The transaction comprised a global offering and the admission of Xizang Zhihui Mining to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Xizang Zhihui Mining is a leading non‑ferrous metal mining company based in Xizang, China, with primary operations in the exploration and extraction of zinc, lead and copper resources. Ashurst noted that the deal required dedicated mining sector knowledge and experience to support the company through this significant milestone.
