Norton Rose Fulbright advises ZPUE on acquisition of BWTS GmbH

Norton Rose Fulbright advised ZPUE S.A., a subsidiary of the Koronea Family Office, on the acquisition of BWTS GmbH from its previous shareholders. The transaction concerns the purchase by ZPUE, a Polish industrial company specialising in electrical power engineering, of BWTS GmbH and its affiliated companies BWTS France and VRT Nord GmbH. ZPUE develops and manufactures transformer stations, medium- and low-voltage switchgear, energy storage systems and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. The acquisition represents ZPUE’s first major acquisition in Europe and is intended to strengthen the company’s market position in Western Europe and to prepare its entry into the French market.
