Renzenbrink & Partner advised HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions GmbH on the legal aspects of the sale of its participation in SAAone Holding B.V. (Netherlands). The transaction concerns SAAone Holding B.V., founded in 2012 and headquartered in Diemen, which is the holding company for the SAAone public‑private partnership project. The project comprises the design, construction, financing, maintenance and operation of approximately 20 kilometres of motorway between Amsterdam and Almere and includes a 25‑year long‑term maintenance and operation phase following completion of construction. The SAAone project represents a landmark PPP infrastructure development in the Netherlands. The sale marks a strategic step for HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions as it refocuses on its core European PPP operations and optimises its project and capital portfolio.
