Hannes Snellman Advises OX2 on Acquisition of Kattiharju Wind Farm Development Project

Hannes Snellman represented OX2 in the transaction, advising the buyer in the acquisition from Prokon. The transaction concerns the acquisition of the Kattiharju wind farm development project, which is envisaged to comprise 16 wind turbines (WTGs) to be located in the municipalities of Isokyrö and Laihia. The deal transfers the development project from Prokon to OX2. Hannes Snellman represented OX2 with a team composed by: Elisa Panula, Jenny Karlsson and Aleksi Maunumäki.
