DWK has completed the issuance of EUR 230 million in senior secured bonds. The transaction provides the company with new secured financing and forms part of its capital structure arrangements. DWK is a leading global manufacturer of precision laboratory glassware and packaging solutions for the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries and has been majority owned by One Equity Partners since 2015.
