Borenius advises investors on ICEYE’s latest financing rounds

Borenius advised investors on ICEYE Ltd’s two latest financing rounds, representing Vinci S.A., an investment vehicle of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), on its July 2025 investment, and Bpifrance on its participation in ICEYE’s December 2025 Series E financing round. The transactions comprised two separate investor investments in ICEYE. The most recent transaction was ICEYE’s Series E financing round, completed in December 2025, which valued the company at EUR 2.4 billion. The earlier transaction occurred in July 2025 when Vinci S.A., an investment vehicle of Poland’s National Development Bank BGK, made an investment in ICEYE. ICEYE owns and operates the world’s largest constellation of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) microsatellites, and the financing rounds supported the company’s continued growth and satellite constellation development.
