Magnusson Advises Bahn Express on EUR 5 Million Financing Round

Magnusson represented Bahn Express in its year-end 2025 financing round of approximately EUR 5 million. The round was led by Node.vc and supported by Bahn Express’s existing investors Trind Ventures and Innovestor, together with notable angel investors including Vincent Ho-Tin-Noé (CPO, Wolt), Tuomo Riekki (Co‑Founder, Smartly, Zero) and Jiri Heinonen (Co‑Founder, Swappie). With the new funding, Bahn Express will accelerate its growth in the logistics and express delivery sector and expand into new European markets. Bahn Express was founded in 2024 to address logistics challenges in the European used car market. The company provides efficient, timely car shipping services to enable individuals to move their cars across borders with ease. Magnusson’s assistance included structuring the investment documentation, negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth closing process aligned with the client’s strategic objectives and investor requirements. Magnusson also advised Bahn Express on its prior pre‑seed financing round of EUR 920,000, which was led by Innovestor and included participation from Wave Ventures, Trind Ventures and angel investors such as Jiri Heinonen, Ekaterina Gianelli and Tony Honkanen.
