Citycon Sells 275-Apartment Lippulaiva Residential Portfolio in Espoo

Castrén & Snellman acted for Citycon Oyj in the sale of the Lippulaiva residential assets in Espoo, Finland. The transaction comprised the sale of 275 apartments totaling approximately 13,000 square metres, situated in connection with Citycon’s Lippulaiva shopping centre in Espoo. The assets were sold at their latest IFRS book value for a gross purchase price of EUR 61.5 million.
