Krogerus advised Cofinimmo (Euronext Brussels: COFB) in connection with the acquisition of three development projects in Finland. The transaction consists of a private agreement to acquire, subject to certain conditions, the companies that will develop one disabled care asset in Oulu and two nursing and care homes in Järvenpää and Hämeenlinna. The combined investment budget for the three new assets amounts to approximately EUR 24 million.
