Setterwalls advises Svenska Samhällsfastigheter on divestment of 11-property portfolio to Kinland

"Setterwalls advised seller Svenska Samhällsfastigheter AB (publ) in the sale of 11 properties to Kinland. The portfolio’s underlying property value is SEK 515,000,000, with a WAULT of approximately 11 years and over 90% of leases to strong counterparties such as municipalities and Norlandia Förskolor. Majority of assets are in Greater Stockholm; closing is expected January 2026."

Setterwalls represented Svenska Samhällsfastigheter AB (publ) in connection with the divestment of a property portfolio to Kinland. The transaction comprises the sale of 11 real properties with an underlying property value of SEK 515,000,000. The portfolio has a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of approximately 11 years and more than 90 percent of the leases are contracted with strong counterparties, including municipalities and Norlandia Förskolor. The majority of the properties are located in the Greater Stockholm area. Closing is expected to take place in January 2026.
