Cederquist represented NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) in its acquisition of DBT Capital AB. The transaction concerns NOBA’s purchase of DBT Capital AB, an operator in the Swedish market for lending to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). NOBA, one of the leading specialist banks in Europe, will through the acquisition establish an SME vertical in its product offering. The acquisition is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2026.
